raw food diet



Today the easier thing to get is information. On the internet you can find all information on any subject. Then we don´t want to give you again and again the same ideas that you can probably find. All what we want is to share with you our own experience, becouse it is only valid for us.
We don´t want to spread any type of idealism nor thought of type...this is the only way. And apart of the possitive role of raw foodism we would like to point on the sides that one should be carefull...

So how to start?Why raw food diet?
Raw food is food in natural form, eaten as nature created it, with only small changes for example slow dehydrating, blending etc.which keeps all anzymes alive.
And alive anzymes is only reason why one should think about eating raw food. Enzymes is the vital energy of food,and it is sensitive on tempreture, when is over 55 degrees all enzymes are not alive any more, and food has more problems to be digested, and has to be used enzymatic resources of our body which can makes illnesses, tiredness and shorter life.

If we feed our body by cooked food,it is not very easy to achieve good health, vitality, and long life. But i can not say that food is major aspect of our life, and of course health and long life is depending much more on way your think and live. Mind is more important then food for body...But food effects us very much and still is possible to do huge changes. Maybe perhaps becouse it can be easier to change our food that way of thinking.

Somethimes we are facing situation that we need help to cure some illness, or feeling unease, tired, and it is point where we can start to think about changing our food.
It is not easy to change our food quicly, we would have to have great motivation.
But if we believe that eating raw food can help to feel better, then it is worthy to try raw food diet for some time and see what happen.It is not diet for everybody, but maybe you are the person who would find it really amazing. Or maybe not.


Food full of enzymes gives you great energy, healing and very good detoxing process which is golden key to gate of health.
Ussually we live in the way that our body is full of stuff which does not make up happy, then is really good to take off and try to give to our body litle rest. Raw food diet is very nice rest for body, becouse it has a lot of watter which can clean the body,a lot of enzymes which gives a good healing and very hight energy which makes you to feel good.

But becouse it makes strong detoxing, you may also feel weak,tired,depresed, becouse detoxing is opening a lot in our mind and you never know how your body will react.
But it is worthy to go throught that.
You will get alcalic and healthy body, and it is good begining to new life style.


My personely, i experienced only in three days on raw vegan diet amazing change. I was before always tired, in low energy. After three days all tiredness has gone, i could do all i wanted, wake up early morning and felt really fresh.

After a few weeks i took some cooked food, and i felt like kicked out of paradise.
Raw food increased body energy, and when i ate cooked food, it took the energy down again, and i was again tired and sleepy. So it was main power pushning me into raw food. I wanted to end up with tiredness.
In first weeks i experienced strong detox, which i could not find when i was doing macrobiotic diet. My skin had red marks, was very gross, but after two weeks all have gone and i got new skin, very smooth.
Raw food made me stronger, with much more vitality, life joy and freshness.
And becouse i am chef by education i have decided that i will stay in this field to share power with raw food with others.
